Typical sign-up questions
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up to a paying plan and cancel within 30 days and you won't be charged a thing. You can cancel any time; after that you're billed for the rest of the month. Refunds can't be issued once the free trial has finished.
Is my data secure?
We follow accepted industry standards to protect your data in transit and at rest. All plans include SSL encryption. We don't store your card details and use a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway to authorise payments.
Do I get a free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade from a free account to a paying account you aren't eligible for the 30-day trial. The trial applies when you sign up to a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.
Can I change my plan any time?
Yes. Just head to the Account tab on your dashboard and switch plans whenever you need to — up or down, as your inventory changes.
Which browsers are supported?
Kanban Live works with all modern browsers — the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on desktop, tablet and mobile.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure payment gateway. Annual invoicing is available on the Scale plan.
